The city is at war with itself, and the future doesn't look too bright. The island of Odrao is focusing all its power on keeping itself safe from the inside out, but it doesn't help matters when an enemy branch of the Shinobi Organization is clawing down with nothing to lose. How will the shinobi react when they realize they're fighting their own kind, and how will the humans behave when they realize no where they go is safe? It's the year 2011, a future the world didn't expect to occur, yet a future they're all going to have to get used to. War lasts forever, and this one is just beginning.
