We are encouraging mates, family, StarClan cats, OtherClan, and Lakeclan cats. Not particularly rogues at the moment. Horizonclan cats, in short, are completely banned now that we have our higher positions filled. They are going to be banned until the other clans have an acceptable number of cats. ^---^ Sorry for taking so long to update~!
