Golden and white tabby, with light chocolate brown eyes.
F u l l . P h y s i c a l:
Goldenpaw is a golden and white tabby, her paws have white socks and she has a white underbelly. Her eyes are large and round, enveloping cute sparkling light brown eyes that are always filled with laughter or hope. Her muzzle is a beautiful white that slowly but gradually darkens into the tawny golden color of the rest of her body. Not exactly small, but not exactly largs for her age, she's more average. With a lean body built for hunting, though behind her unworthy appearance are powerful muscles ready to kick at any time.
P e r s o n a l i t y:
Goldenpaw is more of the quiet type, doesn't care to make new friends, but is rather bold when she has her current friends by her side. She, like almost every other she-cat, has always had this kithood crush on one lucky tom. She had planned on never letting him know, and staying within the shadows of love to watch him find another she-cat in the clan. Though, in the midst of the battle with Fangclan and the Rouge Rebellion she discovered that not only did she have a crush on /him/ but he has a crush on /her/ in return. Naturally, new found strength changed her heart and personality, giving her a whole new perspective of things. Slowly but surely, her quietness is beginning to disappear into boldness.
Though her personality is pretty much summed up with shy, she also has other side traits that are desirable. For example, when she sees some one in need, her shyness is abandoned and her kindness kicks into action. When depressed she never heads to her friends, for she doesn't want them to worry. Usually she hides somewhere and cries on her own. She hates to burden others, that's just the end of it.
H i s t o r y:
Her parents died of a sickness that ran through the camp, leaving this frail she-cat to tend to herself all alone. She was given a foster mother temporarily, but by that time it was too late, her whole mind had been effected with the loss leaving her incomplete. Desperately searching for something to fill the void she discovered a tom that she fancied. Her mind set on the hope of once again being whole she rested her whole heart on that tom. But the question is... was it smart to just pick out a tom, without knowing if he'd fulfill her expectations?
O v e r a l l:
Goldenpaw is a mixture of class, kindness, mystery, and a currently developing heart. Her pelt is thin and her body is lean, but that doesn't come to any disadvantage to her. She uses it to her best ability, swift and precise are her specialties. Her pelt being a goldenish tawny she is at a slight advantage in the fields of wheat just beyond the lake in which she visits in time of trouble. Her light brown eyes give her the appearance of completely useless and unable to deal any damage, though that is as wrong as you could get when talking about this golden she-cat.
S a m p l e:
As the clouds overhead were blocked with a sudden blur of a white substance the crunching of snow could barely be heard over the sound of the howling wind. The tall grass that had grown in the absence of the usual wheat whipped from side to side, sending bits of ice into Goldenpaw's fur. As the young she-cat narrowed her eyes to block the crisp cold shards from entering, her mind flew at the same speed of the wind. Exploring the unknown, the past, and the hopeful future.
Her fur tugged at her now numb skin, unable to block the cold winds due to it's thinness. Where she sat the ground was bare, uncovered with snow, but freezing cold despite that. Finally she closed her eyes all the way as a result of the snow actually making it's way through the shield of narrowed eyes. Though as she sat there, eyes closed, the image of her parents appeared. She could hear a kit mewling "Don't leave me." Over and over again, it was... painful to listen to.
Slowly shaking her head from side to side, she tried to erase the memories from her head. Though, no matter how hard she tried it ended up as a fail. For they were not only engraved in her mind, but also in her heart. Trying desperately to escape this nightmare of a world she wrapped her tail around her paws and opened her eyes. But to no avail. She could still feel the snow sprinkling onto her fur, and she could still hear the wind howling, but in front of her was none other than the medicine cat den, many cats, and a mourning kit.
As she stared at the scene with wide eyes the feelings of real life faded, and familiar whispers filled the air. The temperature suddenly changed from cold to hot and humid, with hardly any air to breath. As she herself gasped for air, she glanced at the kit with wonder. How could she, in this place and these surroundings openly cry without being forced to stop with lack of air? She could see a few older cats trying to get the kit to her paws, urging her to leave the den for fear that she herself would catch the same disease that had ailed the dead cats.
Though, as long as she watched they never did succeed. She dared not close her eyes for fear that the scene would disappear, that if she blinked her parents that lay before her would once again leave her behind. Though as time went by, her eyelids grew heavier and heavier, and there was nothing to occupy her as the scene remained the same. Slowly she began to drift off to sleep, and soon her mind was blank and she was breathing steadily again.
After what seemed like only five minutes she realized what was happening. Opening her eyes abruptly she stood to her paws in hopes of seeing the scene once again, but alas. All that lay before her was a snow covered field.
