[/i] Wonderland is the only surviving city, the only place where life still clings. And there is no such thing as Peace. Anything goes. The Queen of Hearts tried to bring back the old days, and she was killed in the process, proving further that Establishment is impossible. Here, you are not affiliated - you are labeled, and then you are on your own. Family means nothing. Money means nothing. Law means nothing. Home means nothing. The world is back to the primitive days, living in the ruins surrounding the Wonderland Theme Park. The only word with true meaning is Survival.
Nothing is as it seems.
Cheshire Cats are murderers, psychopaths now able to do whatever they please without Law and Institutions in their way.
Mad Hatters are con-artists and thieves, once outlaws, and now complete norms in the Post-Apocalyptic World.
The Caterpillars were once Royalty, Greedy and Haughty. They cling to the Power they once had through hallucinogenic drugs and delusions of fame.
Mock Turtles hide in their shells, trying to bring back Happiness and Peace into this chaotic world. In Wonderland, they are regarded as fools, a Mockery of what once was, and what now is.
Dormice keep to themselves. They are the hermits, sleeping on through this world with beautiful ignorance towards the madness around them.
The Gryphons are horrible, horrible monsters. They once protected the Queen of Hearts they so dearly loved. Now that they are free, the giant, wolf-like beasts rabidly prowl Wonderland, bent on attacking the humans they loathe.

You can't escape the madness.
